Our products that are immediately downloaded are not eligible for a refund, but any item that is shipped to you is eligible for return. We allow a 14-day inspection period. If for any reason you want to return these shipped items during this period, simply return the item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. You will be refunded the full purchase price. Return shipping not included.
We will be extremely reasonable about your return, however, if we observe that the returned piece is in any way damaged or different than the way it was sent, we will return the item to you and no refund will be granted.
